The goal of this workshop is to introduce participants to different ways of studying geometric spaces. Besides introducing the differential, algebraic, and computational approaches, the workshop also includes an activity-based course where various geometric results are proved in a visual or tactile way. We will aim to have overlaps between the courses to emphasize how the same spaces can be studied from different points of view.
