Instructions to the candidates:
Due to a large number of applications received from deserving candidates at IISER Bhopal, the NCM has decided to distribute the selected candidates between the two centres (i) IISER Bhopal and (ii) Bhaskaracharya Pune centre.
1. To begin with there are two lists
(a) Selected candidates,
These two list will merge into a single list after 30 September.
2.Candidates are supposed to choose one of the two centres. The capacity at IISER Bhpoal is 40 and that at Bhaskaracharya Prathisthan Pune is 30. The allotment will be strictly on first -come-first-served-basis. If a candidate chooses both the centres, only one of the centre will be alloted depending on which one has lesser candidates till date.
3. The entire selection is subject to receiving the following documents from the candidates well in time by the organizers
- Name and SID number should be mentioned in each correspondence.
- Hard copy of the registration form signed and stamped by competent authorities to be sent by Dr Sanjay K Singh at IISER Bhopal centre.
- Choice of the centre and Confirmation of participation by the candidate along with a scanned copy of the forward train ticket to the chosen centre to be sent to anant.shastri@gmail.com
4. The selection status will be updated on the website time to time. Please do not keep sending inquiries to the organizers or coordinator.
5. Even the wait-listed candidates are advised to book their ticket well in advance (so as not be disappointed because of non-availability of tickets later) and follow the above procedure.

6. After getting confirmation if a candidate decides to drop out, he/she is requested to kindly inform this to the coordinator so that some other candidate gets a chance.
7. Do not forget to mention your SID number each time in your communication with any of the organizers/coordinator.
