The Instructions to the candidates

About the selection process:    Applicants from Chennai and vicinity have been given preference for obvious reasons.  A limit of 6 has been imposed on the number of participants from a single institution. Younger applicants and those who have not attended last year's edition of the program have been given preference.

To those who have been selected:  There is a long waiting list of applicants, so you are requested to confirm your participation by writing a line of confirmation to `srinivas.kotyada@gmail.com' with a copy to `outreach@imsc.res.in' positively on or before 16th November 2016, 5PM. Even if you are unable to attend for some reasons, kindly do inform us by the above date. This will help us in considering the wait listed applicants for participation.
