Annual Foundation School - I (2015) - Selected Applicants

Announcement of Final  Selection to AFS-I 2015.

  • All candidates who have registered formally are being selected tentatively for the  AFS-I program at the respective centres they have applied for, except those who have  received  direct intimation on the contrary from Prof. A. R. Shastri.
  • In order to complete the selection, candidates are requested to send their confirmation of participation along with a scanned copy of the forward train ticket to the venue, to the respective organizers given below and a copy of the same message to Prof. A. R. Shastri at  anant.shastri@gmail.com
  • Please note that those candidates who have been selected in the I-List and have confirmed their participation need not confirm again. However, those  who have not confirmed so far have still got another chance to confirm their participation along with all others. 
  • The final selection will be based on a first-come-first-served basis. Each centre has  a capacity of 25-to-30 students and once the required number of confirmation is received, the remaining candidates will be wait-listed again according to first-come-first served basis and further allotment will be made subject to any cancellation till 25th November 2015.        
  • Please mention your SID (4 digit number) number with communication.
  • Only confirmed candidates name will appear from time to time on the website.
  • All participants will be provided free lodging (sharing) and boarding during the school. No travel allowance is provided to any participant due to budget cuts.
